Kathy has been dancing her whole life — and she's not just good at it, she went professional, spending a decade performing and teaching overseas. Dance isn't something she does; it's who she is.

And when she's not on the dance floor, she's living the western life for real. Kathy and her partner run 11 acres with thoroughbred horses, so don't be surprised if she shows up to class with a little hay in her hair — it just means the morning was a good one.

She founded Showdown Linedancing & Events to share what she loves most — great music, genuine community, and the kind of fun that doesn't need experience to enjoy. Whether it's your very first class or you're looking to sharpen your style, Kathy will have you moving with confidence and a smile.
